Our platform function spans events, brand, content, partnerships, and community, and plays a critical role in supporting founders, expanding our network, and strengthening the firm’s visibility and reach. Examples include our annual Camp FFF summit (read more in NBC and Business Insider), and The Two Percent podcast. The way we show up - both online and in person - is intentional, execution-driven, and high-touch.
Female Founders Fund is seeking a Platform Operations Associate to support the execution of our platform strategy across events, content, podcast, communications, and internal operations, with a primary focus on event execution and logistics.
This is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple work streams at once. The role is execution-heavy and hands-on, supporting a fast-moving platform calendar that includes in-person programming, founder communications, content production, and fund operations.
This is not an investing role. We are looking for a candidate excited to manage events, produce content, and be an exceptional behind-the-scenes executor. This role requires comfort shifting between live event execution, ongoing content production, and operational support depending on the platform calendar.
